REFUND POLICY

RETURNING AN ORDER

While we anticipate you loving your purchase, we realize that sometimes it just wasn’t what you were looking for. We will gladly accept returns of new, unused items, received within 14 days of delivery for a refund, minus our original shipping/handling cost. All machine returns are subject to a 5% restock fee and must include the original packaging. Orders returned outside of the 14 day window are subject to a 20% restocking fee, plus our original shipping/handling cost. Returned items must be unused, in brand new condition, in original packaging. Items returned without their original packaging or in used condition will be returned to you at your expense. All sales are final after 30 days.

CANCELLING AN ORDER

Orders over $1000 will be assessed a 3% cancellation fee. Orders that have already been shipped can be returned for a refund, minus our original outbound shipping cost and less the 5% fee mentioned above.

 

DAMAGED ORDERS

Damaged shipments must be refused at the time of delivery. USPS or UPS small pack damage claims involving items that have been used, or that were received more than 7 days prior, will be refused. Freight shipments must be inspected (packaging removed and contents checked) prior to signing the delivery receipt. Once the delivery has been accepted, the only recourse we have is to file a claim with the freight carrier (typically a 2-4 week process) and the outcome is subject to the settlement decision of the freight company.

 

DEFECTIVE MACHINES

We allow 14 days for the customer to contact us about a defective machine. Within that 14 day period, you can either take the defective machine to a certified repair facility and have the machine repaired OR return the machine to us for an exchange. We never ship a replacement machine until we receive, inspect, and verify the original machine is defective. Outside of the 14 day window, the customer must have the machine repaired per the manufacturers warranty guidelines. The customer is responsible for any return shipping to Wholesale Equipment or getting the machine to a repair facility.

TERMS OF SERVICE

GENERAL:

Wholesale Equipment reserves the right to change the content of the website whenever it feels necessary. Your use of  Wholesale Equipment.com, following any changes, constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms as changed.

 

PAYMENT, CREDITS:

Only valid credit cards may be used for making purchases and all refunds will be credited to the same card or, in our discretion, another method. By submitting your order, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the card and authorize us to charge your order (including any tax, shipping, handling and any amounts described on the Site) to that card. If the card cannot be verified, in invalid, or is not otherwise accepted, your order may be suspended or canceled automatically. Regarding “Your Account,” you agree to keep all information current and that we may submit charges for processing even if the card has expired or changed by the time we submit said charges. You must resolve any problems we encounter in order to proceed with your order.

 

SITE CONTENTS:

All material, including images, designs, logos, written or other materials that appear on our site (collectively, the “Contents”) are the sole ownership of Wholesale Equipment  or its partners. The Contents of our Site are intended solely for personal use by the users of our Site. Any use of the materials on our Site outside of its intended use is prohibited and our content is covered by copyright laws.

 

INACCURACY DISCLAIMER:

We reserve the right to correct, change, or update any information containing typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability without prior notice; including after you have submitted your order. If any change or updates affects an order, you will be notified before the transaction is complete.

 

SALES AND RETURNS:

Sales tax. Wholesale Equipment  has always collected Sales Tax in Oklahoma because our parent company,  Wholesale Equipment, has trucks that regularly deliver to Oklahoma. Those states' Revenue Services have concluded that this constitutes a physical presence and therefore we collect Sales Tax.

 

Since the SCOTUS ruling in 2018 (South Dakota vs Quill Corp.), we're now required to collect sales tax based on each individual state's rules even though we don't have a physical location. Each state has determine what constitutes economic nexus in their state and while we don’t like it, rules are rules.

 

Proof of ID. Due to an increase in fraudulent orders over the past few years, we may at our discretion, request a photocopy of your drivers license and the credit card you used to make the purchase. If you have any additional questions, please feel free to contact us and we'll gladly discuss our policy with you.

 

Returns. We will gladly accept returns received within 14 days of delivery for a full refund minus our original shipping cost. Orders returned outside of the 14 day window are subject to a 20% restocking fee, plus our original shipping cost. Returned items must be unused, in brand new condition, in original packaging. Cancellations. If you need to cancel your order, give us a call at 1-866-854-7380 and have your order number ready. As long as your order has not shipped yet, we’ll be able cancel the order and refund your money. Orders over $1000 will be assessed a 3% cancellation fee.
